Breast-milk pumping & stash tracker

Track your breast milk so you don't have to.

Log a pumping session in two taps. PumpStash keeps your whole freezer stash in order, counts down your runway, and shows you what's closest to its date. The math lives in the app, not in your head.

What a bag is worth

Nobody plans to throw milk out.

Every bag in that freezer cost you twenty minutes on a pump. Then it gets buried at the back, and by the time you find it again the date on it has passed.

  • A bag from the back of the freezer, dated in marker that rubbed off months ago.
  • Milk poured down the sink because nobody could say for certain when it was frozen.
  • The whole stash out on the counter at 11pm, because counting it was the only way to know.

None of that is a memory problem. PumpStash keeps your stash in oldest-first order with every date on view, so the milk you worked for ends up in your baby.

What the pumping tracker does

Built for the parent doing the 3am math.

You log the ounces. PumpStash tracks what's expiring, what to use next, and how many days you have left.

Effortless logging

One session. Two taps. Done.

Ounces, side, and where it's headed: fridge, freezer, or straight to baby. That's the whole form.

  • Big, thumb-friendly oz stepper, no fiddly keyboards
  • Live timer for hands-free sessions, left / right / both
  • Backdate or edit any session in seconds
Your whole stash

Know exactly what's in the freezer.

Open the freezer already knowing which bag to reach for, and which ones are close to their date.

  • Oldest-first ordering, so nothing gets buried at the back
  • Separate expiry windows for fridge, freezer & deep freeze
  • Multi-select to move, combine, or clear batches fast
Runway & insights

See your runway before you stress about it.

One number tells you where you stand: how many days your stash covers at baby's current intake. It moves as she grows and as you log.

  • Runway recalculated from baby's real daily average
  • 7-day, 30-day & 3-month volume trends
  • A daily-target line, so a dip shows up weeks early
Why trust the number

Where the numbers come from.

We know what it feels like to stand at an open freezer door at 3am, holding a bag and trying to remember whether it is from June.
  • The storage windows aren't ours.

Fridge, freezer, and deep freeze limits follow published CDC storage guidance, so you don't have to look them up again.

  • The runway is yours, not a chart's.

It's calculated from your baby's own daily average, not an average baby's, and it moves as she grows.

  • 7 guides, written from the inside.

Storage, schedules, going back to work. Written by a mother of three who has rotated her own freezer stash, for someone reading at 3am.

  • Free to get started, on your phone.

No account to make, and no data leaves the device unless you choose it. Plus is optional and never a condition of logging.

PumpStash Plus

Not one bag wasted. Not one log lost.

Plus watches the freezer so you don't have to. It speaks up before a bag turns, and keeps a copy of your whole log off the phone, so your stash is waiting on any phone you sign in from.

Your data only leaves the phone once you turn backup on.

It speaks up before a bag turns

You hear about a bag nearing its date without opening the app, and about a thawed one that needs using today.

Backed up, waiting on any phone

Sign in with Google once. Every session, bag, and date is copied off your phone from then on, and comes back exactly as you left it on a new one.

Custom storage locations

Track your stash wherever it lives: "Mom's House Fridge," "Daycare Freezer," "Deep Freeze in the garage."

How the pumping tracker works

Set up in a minute. Forget the spreadsheet forever.

  1. 1

    Tell it about your baby

Baby's age and weight, plus whatever is already in your freezer. Starting from zero is fine. Your runway is accurate from the first session you log.

  2. 2

    Log as you go

Two taps after each pump, or start the timer and let it run. Nothing else to update, and logging stays free however much you do.

  3. 3

Open it when you want a number

The runway, what's in the freezer, and which bag is closest to its date, all on the first screen. No adding up, no counting on the counter.

The whole idea, in one place.

You're the kind of parent who wants to hand over the daycare bag without a second thought about whether there's enough in it. To do that you need to know two things: how much milk you have, and how long it lasts.

The problem is that a stash isn't one number. It's forty bags frozen on forty different days, in three places, and the only way to know where you stand has been to count them and remember the dates. That's a lot to carry while also feeding a baby and going back to work.

The math shouldn't be your job. You already did the hard part, twenty minutes at a time.

PumpStash logs a session in two taps, keeps the inventory in order with the oldest bag first, and turns it into a single number: the days your stash covers at your baby's current intake. Tell it about your baby, log as you go, and open it when you want the number. The bag closest to its date is already at the top.

Download it free and let the freezer keep its own records. No more counting bags on the counter, no more milk poured out on a guess. Just a number you can trust, on the days you need it most.

Questions

The honest answers.

Is PumpStash really free?

Yes. Unlimited session logging, your full stash inventory with every expiry date, the runway number, and 7-day insights are free with local storage, and they stay free. Plus is an optional upgrade inside the app that adds expiry reminders, cloud backup, custom storage locations, and longer-range insights.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Logging, your stash, every bag's expiry date, and the runway number are free and stay free. Plus is optional, and you choose how to pay for it in the app: monthly, yearly, or a single payment that covers your whole pumping journey. Cancel a Plus plan whenever you like and your free logging carries on.

How does the runway projection work?

PumpStash calculates how many days your current stash will last based on your baby's real daily consumption average. As baby grows and intake changes, the runway updates automatically, so the number you see is grounded in your actual feeding data.

What happens to my data if I lose or replace my phone?

Without Plus, everything lives on that one device, so a lost phone means starting over. Plus backs your history up through Google Sign-In, so you install PumpStash on the new phone, sign in, and your stash comes back exactly as it was.

Does my data go to the cloud?

Only if you buy Plus and turn backup on. By default PumpStash stores everything locally on your phone, with no account and no server. Turning on backup copies your history to your own Google account so you can restore it later.
